an afternoon with jazzy.p

jazzy.p offers you and your guests a relaxed style of entertainment to unwind to during your afternoon celebrations.

jazzy.p will perform a selection of well known songs with a relaxed jazz twist. We will help bring atmosphere to your afternoon and a focus for the time between your ceremony and your evening reception.  Add a touch of class to your wedding day and book an afternoon with jazzy.p

 

jazzy.p is ideal for:

  • During the signing of the register
  • Post ceremony drinks and canapés
  • During photographs

When you book an afternoon with jazzy.p you will be treated to a set list of well known songs, but with a relaxed jazz vibe.

What's included in jazzy.p's service?

  • Travel to/from your venue*
  • Arrival for set up at 2pm**
  • Set up of equipment and sound check (takes around 30 minutes)
  • 2 hours of jazzy.p from 2.30pm
  • Set down of equipment at 4.30pm (takes up to 30 minutes)

 

* If your venue is not within a 25 mile radius of Kettering, Northamptonshire there is a surcharge for travel. This is dependant upon the geographical location of your venue.

** If you would like jazzy.p to set up at a different time, please let us know. Depending upon the timings you requrie, our price may change.

Prices

To obtain a price for an afternoon with jazzy.p for your wedding day, please call or email us with the following information:

  • The date of your wedding
  • Venue

Booking jazzy.p

When you book jazzy.p we will issue you with a contract, which you should sign and return to us with a deposit payment. Once we have the signed contract and deposit, the date is yours!  Please note that it is not until we have received a signed contract and deposit payment that we can hold your date for you.  We regret we cannot accept provisional bookings. The balance of the fee (total fee, minus deposit) is payable either 7 days in advance by cheque/bank transfer or in cash on the day of your wedding.

Health & safety

  • Public liability insurance to the value of £40m
  • All electrical equipment is safety tested
  • Qualified First Aider
